The U18 competition is part of the Fiji Football Association’s development programme to prepare the next national U20 side. #Three zonal sides which are South, West and North are part of the U18 competition. #West U18 coach Arvin Narayan says this was a good opportunity to expose players to a different level of competition.# #“This is a development programme and it is a positive move to see players exposed to a higher level of competition. #Last year we had the U17 competition and definitely the boys have stepped up,” Narayan said. #South coach Nigel Khan says he will be looking to give game time to his whole squad. #“We will be looking to give all our players a run.
