This comes as the side claimed three crucial victories in the Northern premier division playoffs which kicked off last Friday at Subrail Park in Labasa. #Taveuni beat Dreketi 1-0, Seaqaqa 1-0 and Nadogo 2-0 to gain nine points. #Billy Hussein, the Taveuni coach believes his side on track. # “Retaining the title is our focus at the moment since we have started well in the first three matches.# The team has played better and improved in every match. #The game played by my boys is good but I would not say better since lot of is expected from them.# The main factor was that we were better organised then the other opponents we have played, “Hussein said.#“Playing three 90 minutes matches in three days were very tiring but we adapted to a plan which saw us getting rewarded with full nine points on offer.# Our game plan was simple not to run for the ball but to keep the ball rolling to another player so that we could last longer and I told my players not to rush into anything but to let the ball do the work. #At the end it was very rewarding since we are unbeaten in the competition,” he added. #Hussein said fitness was one key area which they needed to work on before the next round of matches. #“Fitness is one area which we have to work really hard in the coming days and this could be one of the factors which could help us win the title. #The boys will be recovering for few days as there are few injury concerns,” Hussein added.# Fiji FA Media#
