Greetings to all#OFC U20#It is a pleasure to share a short message as we are just days away from the 2013 Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) Under 20 playoffs. #On this note I would like to announce that Fiji Football Association has decided that entry at the playoffs will be free to all. #This should now encourage local fans to come out in numbers and support the Fiji U20 side which will be carrying our hopes at the playoffs. #I urge the general public to support our young troops in their quest. #Under 17#The national under 17 squad is also in camp preparing for the upcoming OFC Under 17 playoffs which will be held in Vanuatu next month. #After the U20 playoffs the entire focus will turn towards the U17 squad which will now be in camp till the playoffs. #The players from districts outside Ba have been accommodated in schools so that their education is not affected and overall we hope for a strong preparation. #Congrats Roy#I would like to whole heartedly congratulate our very own Roy Krishna who is doing wonders in New Zealand. #Last weekend he claimed a hat trick as his Waitakere side book a place in the ASB premiership final against Auckland City after a 6-4 win over Hawke’s Bay United. #Roy is enjoying one of his best seasons with the NZ based club and is the highest goal scorer in the competition. I would like to thank Roy and his family. At the end of the day this should be an encouragement to all the footballers in Fiji. Aim for higher goals, work hard and there will come a time when you will reap the benefits. #(Note: Catch the highlights of the ASB premiership 2nd leg semifinal between Waitakere United-Hawke’s Bay United, 7pm only on FBC TV)#Amicale FC#Also a special welcome to Amicale Club from Vanuatu. Thank you for considering Fiji as you build up for the upcoming Oceania Champions League. We hope you enjoy your stay here and consider touring Fiji again in the near future. #
