– Tournament Proper: Churchill Park, Lautoka (26th – 29th July 2012)
The eight participating teams have learned of their path in the second of the three major tournaments.
And Fiji FA president Rajesh Patel announced that the first round of matches will be held at Subrail Park in Labasa on July 22, 2012.
Defending champion Rewa has been seeded in pool one with Ba, Nadroga and Labasa.
Pool Two sees Lautoka, Nadi, Suva and Navua.
Following the first round the remaining Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants matches will be played from July 26-29 at Churchill Park, Lautoka.
Patel said matches will be played over 90 minutes.
CJ Patel Group General Manager Pranil Singh said they were pleased to join hands with Fiji FA and sponsor the event for the fourth year in a row.
