The Labasa Football Association Annual General Meeting (agm) was held last Sunday December 12th at the Labasa Muslim Primary school. Around 100 people attended the agm, Fiji FA President Dr. Muhammed Shams-UD-Dean Sahu Khan was present during the agm.#During the opening Dr. Sahu Khan stressed the football district of Labasa to unite and eliminate dirty politics. The Fiji FA President also highlighted that the third “Goal Project” was headed to the North and asked the two Northern vice presidents to identify a piece of land and we were able to show him 2 good piece of land.#On the other hand Ajesh Narayan was elected the new Labasa FA President. As the Northern vice president of Fiji FA I believe everything for Labasa and the district team looks bright.#I urge all the premier districts with the likes of Nadogo, Bua, Dreketi, Savusavu, Seaqaqa and Tavueni to have their agm’s as soon as possible. I think Labasa was the first district to have their agm.#Very soon we will be starting with our development programmes all around Vanua Levu. The young players will have the first four weeks and the programme begins in the next four weeks#
