Ba is scheduled as the venues for the IDC in October. Bad weather and poor ground conditions the national football body was forced to shift the Vodafone Fiji FACT and thus Govind Park in Ba became the ideal venue. #Shiek Ibrahim, the Fiji FA acting president said more details will be released after the next board meeting. #“At the moment, nothing has changed and the IDC remains at Govind Park. Any changes will be known at the board meeting. If the Fiji FA board decides there is a need for change then new venue will be decided,” Ibrahim said. #On the other hand acting Fiji FA president Shiek Ibrahim said the 2012 Vodafone Fiji FACT ended last Sunday at Govind Park in Ba on a positive note. #The first of the three major football tournaments of the year took three weekends and three venues to complete. #Ibrahim thanked the fans. #“On behalf of the Fiji FA board of control members, staffs and volunteers I would like to thank all the fans who have been cooperated understanding the situation we faced,” Ibrahim said. #“Despite the weather not being on our side fans still turned out to watch matches and we were pleased with the turnout at Govind Park. A tournament was held after sometime in #Ba and the turnout was good.
