Team director Anil Sharma, said the decision was reached following the events of last Saturday night during the Fiji Sun/Weet-Bix National Football League clash between Sunquick Sigatoka Motor Spares Nadroga and Nivea Savusavu at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka. #Referee Rakesh Chandra asked the Nadroga duo to leave the field as he believed they were under the influence of alcohol. #Sharma, on the other hand said these sort of ill discipline will not be tolerated. #“The national team players should be a perfect role model for the upcoming and young talents in the country. Based on the referees and our coaches report we took necessary action against the two,” Sharma said. #“Underwood and Drudru have now been dropped from the national squad.
