Greetings to all #It is a pleasure to welcome the visiting Play Fair Brazil to Fiji. #Over the years we have witnessed the best Brazilian football has to offer through television and in the newspaper. #We now have a once in a lifetime opportunity to witness a Brazilian team in our own backyard. #It is a dream come true and I’m sure that the football fans in Fiji have anticipated watching quality sides in action here and finally their dream comes true. #On this note I would like to thank the Edge Management Group (EMG) for making our dream a reality. #Fiji Football Association at the moment does not have a capacity to host a major international test of this nature as we are not that financially strong. #A big Vinaka Vakalevu to EMG on behalf of the Fiji Football Association family. #Also major sponsors Vodafone for coming on board to make the two test series possible. #The two test series is more than just a grand event for Fiji Football Association. We see this as an opportunity to expose our players and at the same time promote our football. #The arrival of the Play Fair Brazil side will no doubt gain a lot of interest from the other countries. This could open doors for football in Fiji as more international sides might consider a visit to our country. #As far as our national side is concerned, we have started our preparation for the next Pacific Games and World Cup qualifiers and this two test series will heavily contribute towards our campaign. #With these words I hope our visitors enjoy their stay in Fiji and hope they consider returning.#Thank you EMG and we hope you will consider Fiji Football Association for many more initiatives in the near future. #Thank You. #
