Navua takes on Ba in their opening Fiji FACT clash at Churchill Park in Lautoka. The former champions who have lifted the prestigious FACT title on many occasions know they face an uphill battle but have not counted out their chances just yet. #Navua has been struggling in the Fiji Sun/GP Batteries National Football League this season having lost a number of key players. #Naidu says their 2-0 victory over Nadroga last Sunday which was their first win of the league season has just come at the right time. #“The win over Nadroga is a huge boost for the players and associations as far as the Vodafone Fiji FACT is concerned. The team has been playing well but we were not able to win games and losing with close margins,” Naidu said. #“Fiji FACT is a different ball game and we are up against Ba in the opening match. We are targeting at least a draw which will be a good enough result for us. A loss may dampen the spirit of the players but we are taking a very positive approach towards our FACT campaign and we will give our best.” #Naidu said veteran Seveci Rokotakala will continue with his role as player/coach during the Vodafone Fiji FACT. #Young talents in the Navua side that are Joseph Elder, Ronald Rao and Marika Serukalou have been given the much needed break in the league season and have been named in the Navua FACT squad. # Navua Squad#Navua#1.Shiek Moshin (GK)#2.Sharwesh Vipal Prasad#3.Joseph Elder#4.Seveci Rokotakala#5.Pene Eranio#6.Micheal Kumar#7.Monit Chand#8.Inia Boko#9.Sailosi Livatalo#10.Jesoni Takala#11.Rajnil Chand#12.Siga Ali#13.Kavitesh Bali#14.Vineet Chand#15.James Charittar#16.Ronald Rao#17.Lemeki Rasalato#18.Simione Damuni#19.Rusiate Amasia#20.Avikash Prasad#21.Rizwan Ali#22.Marika Serukalou (GK)# Fiji FA MEDIA #
