I would like to congratulate the Fiji Football Association (Fiji FA) for the 22nd Vodafone Fiji FACT tournament. #Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori will host this prestigious event which over the years has become a breeding ground for our young talents of which many have gone up to make a name for themselves in Football. #Football stands proud in the country as a major sport that is played by all races. This it self is a major tool in promoting unity, peace and harmony as sports brings us all together. #I would like to thank Vodafone for their continued support towards the development of football in Fiji. Vodafone stands as a proud corporate citizen which has assisted various other sports in the country. #Sponsors are vital to any sport and it its orgainsations like Vodafone whose assistance go down a long way in assisting the development of the sport. #I would also like to congratulate Fiji FA President Mr. Rajesh Patel and his new administration for the progress they have made since being elected in October last year. #Good administration is vital for any sporting orgainsation and in this case I would like to wish Mr. Rajesh Patel and his team well. #On this note I would like to wish the participating teams well for the event and hope football is the winner at the end of the day. #The National senior side will be participating in the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and this is a chance for players to prove their worth to the selectors. #Congratulations to Fiji Football Association once again and all the best for the 2012 Vodafone Fiji FACT. # Fiji FA MEDIA #
