This comes as Fiji Football Association (Fiji FA) issued Vakatalesau’s International Transfer Certificate (ITC).#Bob Kumar the Fiji FA chief executive officer says Lautoka FA and Hekari United have reached an agreement. #“I can confirm that Fiji FA has issued Osea’s ITC. Lautoka and Hekari have reached an agreement with the assistance of Dr. Sahu Khan, President Fiji FA and Mr Tai Nicholas, OFC Secretary General which now sees Osea eligible to feature for Hekari United,” Kumar said.#Malakai Tiwa, Alvin Singh, Tuimasi Manuca, Simione Tamanisau and Pita Bolitoga are the other Fijian players in the Hekari squad. #Hekari United next month will be Oceania’s representative at the 2010 FIFA Club World Cup UAE which takes place in Abu Dhabi from December 8 to 14 and the pacific islanders are in action on the first day against hosts Al Wahda.#If Hekari wins that match they will go on to face Asian champions Seongnam in the quarter-finals, while a dream semi-final meeting with Italian giants Internazionale is also a possibility.#The Papua New Guinea based earned a spot in 2010 FIFA Club World Cup after taking out the 2009-2010 O-League.
