He said only 20 players will be considered for the two test series which will be played later this month in the Western division.
Reddy also confirmed that 2012 Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants winner Ratu Jone Gasaubalavu who featured prominently for the Ba side has been included in the training squad which is expected in the weeklong camp from next Monday.
“We have selected a 26-member squad but for the two tests only 20 will be selected in the final squad. The selectors have selected a very talented squad and it is up to the players to prove themselves and earn a spot in the national side,” Reddy said.
“The national squad is expected in camp next week. The players will go through the preparation phase before we will be naming the final 20 players.”
