Pranil Singh (Rewa FA President), Asish Prasad (former Suva official) and Yogeshwar Singh (former Fiji FA Vice President) are vying for the post left vacant by Faiaz Ali.
Fiji FA Chief Executive Officer Bob Kumar says the successful candidate would be chosen during their 72nd annual congress held at the Fijian Teachers Hall in Suva 7pm.
Kumar says the successful candidate will hold the post for one year as former vice president Ali had one year left to serve.
“At the annual congress there is election for a vacant vice president’s post vacated by Faiaz Ali. Elections will take place and whoever is elected will be there for one year,” Kumar said.
The Fiji FA CEO also says that two motions have been forwarded to be discussed during the annual congress.
“There is two motions one from Tavua seconded by Vatukoula and the other by Nasinu seconded by Tavua on the issue of 10 teams and 12 teams in the Super Premier division,” Kumar said.
