Nadroga travels to the North to face off against Labasa and Savusavu while in a Western derby Lautoka hosts Nadi.
In other match leaders Tavua will face Suva at the TFL National Stadium in Suva.
Shiek Ibrahim, the national league board chairman anticipates another successful round of matches.
“There is no doubt that the opening round of matches was a major sucuess. We are anticipating a similar outing in the second round. I would like to urge the fans to come out in numbers and support their districts,” he said.
