A total of six local players which also includes Nadi based Isoa Donaldson are now featuring in the O-League.
In the meantime Kautoga speaking to Fiji Football News said he was excited to progress football career.
“This is a great opportunity for me to progress as far as my football career is concerned,” he said.
“I would like to thank the Amicale club officials who have had faith in me. I’m looking forward to the challenge ahead for me and hope to make a name for myself.”
Fiji Football Association (Fiji FA) chief executive officer Bob Kumar said Kautoga’s International Transfer Certificate has been issued and he is cleared to feature for the Vanuatu champion club.
“His (Kautoga) ITC has been issued by Fiji FA which means that he is cleared to play. There is an agreement between Labasa FA and Amicale FC in place which states that Kautoga will rejoin the Labasa side once he has completed his commitments with the Vanuatu club,” Kumar said.
Kautoga’s Amicale FC suffered a heartbreaking 3-2 loss to Auckland City last week during the postponed match day three O-League encounter.
They now lie in second place with four points after one win, one draw and a loss against Auckland who leads Group B with nine points.
The Vanuatu champions have three more O-League matches to catch up with the leaders. Kautoga would be hoping to bring about his best performance to make a impression.
