The Vodafone national head coach Flemming Serritslev has identified the key areas to work on after conducting a national u16 trial camp at the Fiji FA Academy in Ba since last Saturday.
Serritslev said the trial camp was indeed useful.
“This has been a very useful camp because it has clearly shown what we have to work on.
“It’s like how we used to work with the national team but here it’s more in a basic way that we have been doing,” Serritslev said.
He said there is a need to improve on the talent development in order to get the results when it comes to the final championship next year.
“We really need to improve the talent development.
“I mostly compare to Europe and Asia where I have been and we are behind with our talent development.
“But we will surely work to reach a level that give results when it comes to the U16 competition.”
