A total 96 drug test were done during the 2020 Vodafone Women’s Inter District Championship at ANZ Stadium last weekend.
Fiji FA chief executive officers Mohammed Yusuf confirmed that none were found positive.
“It’s good to see the women’s football is free from drugs and I commend the players for believing in themselves and showing true sportsmanship.”
“Congratulations to Ba for winning the title once again this year and Labasa for giving a good fight in the final,”
Yusuf also congratulated the eight teams for giving the best in the tournament.
“We know at the end there is only one winner but I congratulate all the eight team for their hard work and participation in the tournament,”
“I thank each and every one for making this tournament a success. “
