A total of 484 transfer application was received during the Fiji Football Association pre-season transfer window which was open on January 1 and closed 31st of the same month.
The month long transfer window saw 224 district transfer application requested, 171 club to club, 85 futsal and four women’s application were received.
Fiji FA player registration and transfer manager Rohitesh Narayan said they have been sorting out the applications.
“There are some of the application which has already been approved and some are still pending,” said Narayan
“We are currently working on the applications and is expected to be done by this weekend,”
A few transfer applications are also in dispute including Sairusi Nalaubu’s transfer from Suva to Lautoka and Waisake Navunigasau from Rewa to Suva, Tevita Koroi’s application to join Ba from Tailevu Naitasiri, Gabrieli Matanisiqa who signed with Suva and later withdrew and Avinesh Waran Suwamy who has applied to re-join Ba. Zainal Ali from Nadi to Navua.
