A number of former national and district reps will feature in the 2021 RC Manubhai/Apco Coatings Veterans Tournament to be held at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka next month.Seventeen teams have confirmed for the three-day tourney which is expected to be an exciting one this year.Fiji FA chief executive officer Mohammed Yusuf says it is great to see the interest from our former players.“This tournament is for players over ’40s and there is a lot of interest from our former players which is really good, “said Yusuf.Yusuf said the tournament was organised to keep our former players’ fir and healthy.“We want of former players to keep playing so they can keep themselves fit and healthy, “said Yusuf“There are also some new teams showing their interest this year for the tournament.”Yusuf added that players that played in the last tournament in Navua will have to stick to their teams.“All eight teams who were registered for the Southern Zone tournament in January shall maintain all the players. Players only allowed to join another team if their team is not participating, “said YusufHe confirmed that the pool draws for the tournament would be held on Monday at Fiji FA Headquarters in Vatuwaqa.The teams are1.
